Polish My Past (“PMP,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online reputation management (“ORM”) services, including content suppression, removal assistance, and brand enhancement strategies. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee the complete removal or suppression of negative content. Search engine algorithms, third-party website policies, and legal factors can be beyond our control and may impact the effectiveness of our services.

2. Compliance with Laws & Ethical Standards

Wherever possible we endeavour and aim to comply within the boundaries of applicable laws and reasonable ethical standards, however we do not guarantee compliance concerning changes in applicable laws.  We do not engage in illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent practices, including hacking, blackmail, or unauthorized takedowns as per our ethical standards. Our strategies comply with the terms of service of search engines and social media platforms.

3. Third-Party Control

The removal or modification of content hosted on third-party websites is ultimately at the discretion of the respective site owners, administrators, or legal authorities. We can request or negotiate removals but cannot compel action from these entities.

4. Non-Permanent Solutions

Reputation management is an ongoing process, and online content can resurface, be republished, or reindexed by search engines. We recommend continued monitoring and maintenance to sustain positive online visibility.

5. No Liability for External Actions

We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including but not limited to content republishing, new defamatory content, algorithm updates, or legal disputes arising from online content. Our services are designed to mitigate harm, not to provide legal protection or representation.

6. Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information when engaging our services. We are not liable for any consequences arising from misinformation or undisclosed details that impact our ability to provide effective ORM solutions.

7. Warranties

PMP warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and all work performed under our agreement will be the original work of PMP, not in violation of any copyright or infringement laws.

Each of the parties represents and warrants that it has all necessary power to enter into and perform its obligations under our Agreement. You further represent and warrant that:

1. Accuracy & Truthfulness – All information provided to PMP is accurate and truthful.

2. Content Licensing – You have the right to grant us the licenses specified in our Agreement broadly defined as “Content Publishing,” if applicable.

3. Legal Compliance – The execution and performance of our Agreement does not violate any applicable law or possibly related contract and/or obligation to which you are a party or are otherwise bound.

4. Intellectual Property – The Client Materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights, including any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, right of privacy, or right of publicity, of any person.

While we make every effort to assist in reputation management, we do not guarantee or warrant that we will identify or notify you of every instance of internet content about you or the Named Party. Likewise, we do not guarantee or warrant that we will be successful in effecting removal, suppression, or alteration of any internet content designated as private and/or unwelcome.

8. Modifications & Service Limitations

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or methodologies at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to stay informed about our terms and conditions before using our services.
